As the Lead Florist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of floral design, managing inventory, and leading a team of junior florists. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and creation of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and custom designs for weddings, events, and daily sales.
- Develop and implement creative concepts and seasonal designs to keep the shop’s offerings fresh and innovative.
- Manage and maintain flower inventory, ensuring the availability of high-quality flowers, foliage, and supplies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior florists, providing guidance on floral design techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the floral department, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and creating custom designs that exceed expectations.
- Ensure the shop’s floral displays are visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
