• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify opportunities for potential improvement.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting.
• Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Top Management informed of the operation and progress of the finance efforts.
• Develop and implement a cost accounting system appropriate to the production operations ‎of the company.
• Provide analytical support to the senior management and line managers.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Skills

• Professional qualification in accounting; certification for software usage is preferable (Microsoft and/or Oracle Certified Professional)
• Experience in analyzing, evaluating and reconciling financial data to arrive at accurate conclusions and business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, and ability to solve problems.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of financial management experience in the beauty/skincare or retail sector.
• CPA, CFA, or relevant finance qualification preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP, financial reporting tools, and cost control management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
