  • Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
  • Summarizes HR data and statistics, identifying trends and patterns to inform senior leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Skills

  • Problem Solving & Result Orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Should be a strong HR administrator with experience in onboarding, offboarding and payroll administration, document management, communication and ability to manage executive requests
  • Should be well versed with payroll process (not looking for a hands-on payroll staff as payroll is outsourced to third-party in Portugal)
  • Reconciliation, validation of inter-co invoices etc
  • Experience in international onboarding and offboarding – Immigration process, final settlement calculations etc (we can train the right candidate on our AL onboarding and offboarding process)

Preference:

  • Should have hands-on experience working on ERP systems (Navision, workday etc)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR
