Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential partners to create a diverse pipeline that supports loyalty program growth and aligns with strategic business objectives
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business objectives and optimize revenue potential, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive review and alignment
  • Work closely with partners to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that leverage strengths from both sides, ensuring mutual goals are met and maximizing program impact
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and finalize marketing collateral requirements, while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution and delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to track program profitability and identify growth opportunities


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, commercial, loyalty programs, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty management software.
