• Maintain the shop’s daily operations, including floral display and cleanliness.
• Assist in floral training, promotions, and social media marketing.
• Perform other florist-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in floristry, with the ability to independently create floral designs.
• Knowledge of different flower types and floral arrangement techniques.
• Strong aesthetic sense and creativity to design trendy floral pieces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle work pressure and be available for overtime during peak seasons and holidays.
