Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and security.
  • Ensure efficient management of office supplies and resources.
  • Manage front desk operations, visitor handling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers (IT, security, catering, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure procurement processes meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Ensure facility compliance with UAE laws, health and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory records of administrative assets.
  • Coordinate IT requirements for employees.
  • Assist HR in employee accommodation, travel, and relocation support.
  • Manage employee accommodation and ensure proper on time purchases of accommodation requirements.
  • Manage staff transport, housekeeping, and catering services.
  • Organize company events, conferences, and meetings.


Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations, facility management, and procurement.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, employee transportation coordination, and compliance handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
