  • Organise online orders
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
  • Scheduling meetings and communicating with clients/suppliers
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Handle data entry

Skills

  • Previous experience in administrative support or accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., ERP, TallyPrime)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ms Office (Word, Excel)
