Job Description:

• Assist customers in selecting the best products based on their specific adventure and outdoor activity needs.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge on a variety of adventure gear, including activewear, water sports equipment, and outdoor gear (e.g., kayaks, surfboards, hiking gear, etc.).
• Demonstrate product features, provide hands-on experience, and explain the benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and any inventory needs.

Skills

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role with sales-driven mindset and a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• High school diploma or degree in sports science, business, or any related field
• Proven experience in retail, particularly within adventure gear, activewear, or water sports products
