Job Title: Van Sales Representative (FMCG)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering FMCG products to retail outlets, and building strong customer relationships. If you have experience in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Distribution: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling FMCG products to existing and new customers.
• Route Management: Plan and execute daily sales routes to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Stock Management: Maintain proper stock levels in the van and ensure products are stored and displayed correctly at customer locations.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide valuable insights to the management.
• Order Processing & Collections: Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and collect payments as per company policies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submit daily reports, and update sales performance data.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of FMCG van sales experience in the UAE.
• License: Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Language: Fluency in English and Malyalam is required; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu or other languages is a plus.
• Other: Must be physically fit to load and unload products and willing to work in different locations across the UAE.
