We are looking for an experienced Holiday Homes Reservation Agent to manage bookings, assist guests, and list properties on platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. The ideal candidate has a strong background in holiday home reservations and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payments.
• Manage booking calendars and optimize occupancy.
• List and update properties on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Ensure smooth communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Resolve guest concerns and enhance the guest experience.
Skills
• UAE resident with prior experience in holiday home reservations.
• Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
