A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.
Job Description:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from screening to onboarding new employees.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees on related matters, management on reports and performance review, recruitment agencies for interviews, etc.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonuses, incentives, and health benefits.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and other HR documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Any nationalities from Luxury Retail; 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in recruitment, employees’ relations, and performance management
- Must have strong knowledge in UAE Labor laws and HR with strong background in Retail
