  • Achieve budgeted sales turnover, gross profit (GP), and DSO targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Strengthen key revenue account relationships and build long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
  • Assist the UAE Distribution Sales Manager in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and operational guidelines.
  • Provide first-level support for customer grievances (damages, complaints, incorrect deliveries).
  • Maintain an accurate business forecast with at least a 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.
  • Track, follow up, and update leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Manage partner accounts for relationship and project coordination.
  • Offer technical support and product solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement and align with business processes, revenue models, and sales channels.
  • Promote a diverse range of products and sales channels to optimize revenue streams.


Skills

  • Based in Dubai.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
  • UAE driving license with own car.
  • Preferred experience in construction channels/engineering goods/door hardware industry, dealing with distributors, retailers, fit out, Ironmongery packagers, fabricators, contractor’s, building owners, etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
  • Preferred sales experience in manual door systems, door hardware, automatic door control systems, access control and related industries.
  • Good written & spoken English business language skills.
  • Field & method competency in distributors/dealers management, sales know how in channel sales & general technical competency.
