YOUR MISSION
- Be the face and force of our Dubai sales division — and work side-by-side with the Director to shape the brand.
- Recruit and lead a dream team of 20+ high-performing brokers within your first year.
- Close big deals yourself while training your team to perform at the same level.
- Use your knowledge of Dubai’s real estate scene — developers, areas, systems, contracts — to drive high-volume success.

Skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (5+ preferred).
- Deep local knowledge of the market, the developers, the contracts, and the closing process.
- A leader who’s done the numbers and wants to help others do the same.
- A networker, a motivator, a closer — someone people want to follow.
- Someone who’s hungry, coachable, ambitious, and obsessed with winning.
