Job Description: Sales and Leasing Agent

A Sales and Leasing Agent plays a crucial role in the real estate industry, responsible for promoting and selling properties and leasing opportunities to potential clients. They act as intermediaries between property owners and buyers or renters, showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a knack for sales, be proactive, have a strong understanding of market trends, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for sales and leasing.
  • Showcase properties to potential clients and provide detailed information.
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales and leasing agreements.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and renters.

Qualifications
