We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant via Admin to join our MEP contracting company. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting functions, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure smooth coordination between departments to support project and office operations.
Skills
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor project expenses and coordinate with project teams to ensure cost control.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory requirements.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle office administration, including correspondence, document filing, and staff attendance records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for documentation and payments.
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and employee files.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and support office logistics.
- Support HR functions like onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee record maintenance.
