Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide expert advice on perfumes, including scent notes, product features, and brand history
• Assist customers in finding fragrances that suit their preferences and needs
• Demonstrate and promote perfumes with product testers
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked display of perfume products
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints with professionalism
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Stay updated with the latest trends and new arrivals in the perfume industry

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented
• Passion for fragrances and beauty products
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Arabic (English is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
