You will be responsible for:
1. Market Development and Client Management:
1) Conduct in-depth research on target markets (such as Middle East, Africa, Europe), develop market expansion strategies, and increase the market share of new energy vehicles.
2) Identify potential clients through online and offline channels, including B2B (Fleet sales like logistics companies, rental companies) and B2C, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
3) Regularly visit clients, collect market feedback, and provide suggestions for product improvement and business development.
2. Order Execution and Management:
1) Coordinate production, logistics, customs clearance, and other processes to ensure timely order delivery.
2) Track and resolve order-related issues, communicate solutions with clients promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3) Manage project fund recovery to ensure financial safety.
3. Market Survey and Strategy Development:
1) Analyze competitor activities and market trends, providing market analysis reports to the company.
2) Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand influence and boost product sales.
4. Cross-Cultural Communication and Team Collaboration:
1) Work closely with domestic teams, international distributors, and other business partners to ensure efficient and accurate information exchange.
2) Assist the team in addressing cultural differences to improve collaboration efficiency.
5. Tasks Assigned by Line Manager:
Support the manager in completing assigned tasks, such as planning marketing campaigns, coordinating overseas exhibitions, and analyzing business data.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree or above.
· Full professional proficiency in English.
· Proficient in using CRM, ERP systems, Excel, and other Microsoft Office software.
· Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork/collaboration abilities.
· Minimum 2 years of UAE-based work experience with proven expertise in at least one category of vehicle fleet or retail sales.
