• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive automotive trading  operations across  MENA  and  African  markets, focusing on market penetration and expansion.

 

•  Market  Analysis:  Conduct  thorough  market  research  to  identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, informing decision-making and strategy development.

 

•  Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes to meet market demands.

 

•  Sales  and  Distribution  Oversight:  Manage  sales  operations  and distribution channels, setting performance targets, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.

 

•  Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to foster partnerships and drive business growth.

 

•  Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement measures to ensure profitability and cost- effectiveness.

 

•  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all trading activities comply with local and international regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

 

•  Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

20 years in automotive trading, market expansion, and business development for automotive dealership/distribution including heavy machineries and equipment

 

Led all strategic, operational, marketing, and customer relations activities for both local and international markets


Experience:

 

•  Demonstrate expertise in leading the technical team for managing and directing entire maintenance activities of the company, producing optimum efficiency.

 

•  Skilled  in  initiating,  implementing  and  managing  the  facility maintenance program with an emphasis on planning, scheduling and preventative/predictive/productive

 

•  Adept at generating structured technical reports and documentation to serve as a handy resource to resolve operational issues.

 

•  Customer  Relations  &  Branding  –  Develop  strategies  to  enhance customer satisfaction, brand positioning, and loyalty in competitive markets.

 

•  Industry  Knowledge –  Stay  updated on  global  automotive trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

 

•  Analyze  market  trends  to  adopt  advancements  that  maintain profitability.

 

•  Negotiate  business  sales  contracts,  contributing  to  major  success factors for the company.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineer , Automotive

Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

 

•  In-depth knowledge of building construction.

 

•  Strong leadership and communication skills.

 

•  Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
