This is a full-time on-site role as an Off-Plan Sales Specialist at Stellar Heights Realty in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The expectation is basic REAL ESTATE 101 i.e. knowledge of HOW, WHEN, WHERE, WHAT, AND WHY of the UAE Realty Landscape through a vision binoculars of DUBAI 2030.
- Assist and advise clients in purchasing directly from developers and owners
- Provide clients with updates on the off-plan market, including new launches and pricing
- Facilitate negotiations between primary property buyers and developers/owners
- Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through consistent professionalism
- Build and maintain relationships with developers and investors to enhance and update the property database
- Gather and share information, including marketing materials on new developments and local neighborhoods, to evaluate risks and benefits
- Complete all necessary paperwork, keeping files organized and compliant with office procedures for documentation and quality assurance
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are met effectively
