We are hiring an Operational Manager for a leading digital creative agency specializing in luxury and government projects in the Middle East, to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on ensuring that the entire agency runs smoothly and effectively. It’s not a creative or client-facing role, but a behind-the-scenes powerhouse position that keeps all the moving parts in sync. This person is the glue between departments, especially HR, finance, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Agency-Wide Leadership: Oversee all operations across departments, including HR and finance, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional organizational performance.

• Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions to enhance productivity and resource allocation.

• Team Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between the CEO and teams, ensuring clear communication and execution of strategic initiatives.

• HR Oversight: Work closely with the HR department to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Finance Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track spending, and align financial goals with company objectives.

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, fostering an organized, high-performing work environment.

• Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs, creating actionable reports to inform the CEO of progress and opportunities.

• Resource Management: Ensure budgets, timelines, and resources align with company goals while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Experience: 7+ years in operations or project management, with experience overseeing HR and finance teams preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Expertise: Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, and using project management tools.
