Key Responsibilities
• Agency-Wide Leadership: Oversee all operations across departments, including HR and finance, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional organizational performance.
• Streamline Processes: Implement efficient workflows, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions to enhance productivity and resource allocation.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between the CEO and teams, ensuring clear communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
• HR Oversight: Work closely with the HR department to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Finance Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track spending, and align financial goals with company objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, fostering an organized, high-performing work environment.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs, creating actionable reports to inform the CEO of progress and opportunities.
