Job Summary

We are looking for a multi-talented, dynamic professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling a range of sales, business development, and operational tasks to help drive the success of Eventize across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation:

  • Research events and festivals across the MENA region.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Reach out to event organizers/promoters via email, phone, and social media.


2. Sales & Presentations:

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and nurture client relationships.
  • Collaborate on proposals, quotations, and pricing.


3. Client Management & Operations:

  • Manage and track contracts, invoices, and procurement for secured events.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless setup and execution.
  • Act as a point of contact before, during, and after the event.


4. On-Ground Support:

  • Provide operational support on event days (wristband distribution, device setup, etc.).
  • Train event staff on how to use Eventize system.
  • Troubleshoot and ensure smooth operation of the platform onsite while coordinating with the team members.



Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or/and events (event tech or SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office.
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel and support events on-site across the region.
