Job Summary
We are looking for a multi-talented, dynamic professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling a range of sales, business development, and operational tasks to help drive the success of Eventize across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation:
- Research events and festivals across the MENA region.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Reach out to event organizers/promoters via email, phone, and social media.
2. Sales & Presentations:
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate on proposals, quotations, and pricing.
3. Client Management & Operations:
- Manage and track contracts, invoices, and procurement for secured events.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless setup and execution.
- Act as a point of contact before, during, and after the event.
4. On-Ground Support:
- Provide operational support on event days (wristband distribution, device setup, etc.).
- Train event staff on how to use Eventize system.
- Troubleshoot and ensure smooth operation of the platform onsite while coordinating with the team members.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or/and events (event tech or SaaS is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office.
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel and support events on-site across the region.
