  • Preparing Commercial Invoice and Packing list against Purchase order or Proforma Invoice.
  • Handling all necessary paperwork associated with shipment and customs.
  • Securing the resolution of all shipments and inventory-related issues.
  • Ensuring all shipment and inventory-related issues are addressed and resolved at the earliest.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to determine optimal logistics strategies and requirements
  • Creating a logistics plan that considers factors such as cost, time efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating logistics activities across various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Process Saber Certifications ( PCOC and SCOC )
  • Process COO in Sharjah Chamber of Commerce
  • Process JAFZA Shipment ( DA, CI and PL ) coordination
  • Reviewing customer orders, picking the requested items from the warehouse shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment or delivery.
