Human Resources Management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records management
- Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with UAE labor laws
- Handle payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and employee relations
- Support internal staff recruitment and KPI assessments
- Coordinate with and evaluate external consultants

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor management
- Organize meetings, events, travel, and maintain office safety and order
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Support company-wide activities and initiatives
???? Additional Duties
- Assist with budgeting and administrative planning
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data compliance
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and office management
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and local HR procedures
- Fluent in Chinese and English; Arabic is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (UAE license preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
