 Human Resources Management

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee records management
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with UAE labor laws
  • Handle payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and employee relations
  • Support internal staff recruitment and KPI assessments
  • Coordinate with and evaluate external consultants

???? Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor management
  • Organize meetings, events, travel, and maintain office safety and order
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments
  • Support company-wide activities and initiatives

???? Additional Duties

  • Assist with budgeting and administrative planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data compliance
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the General Manager


Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and office management
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and local HR procedures
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; Arabic is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license (UAE license preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
