Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate – (Native English Speaker)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist – specialized in Real Estate Sales Agents & Support Functions to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, helping us find and attract the best talent for our growing company. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing selection procedures, and building a robust talent pipeline that aligns with both current and future hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Organize Recruitment Events/ Drive: Plan and participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to engage with potential candidates locally as well international candidates. (International travel may require)
  • Source Candidates: Utilize a variety of online channels (e.g., social media, job boards, professional networks) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Plan and Conduct Interviews: Organize and manage the interview process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Job Descriptions & Interview Questions: Write clear and concise job descriptions and develop interview questions that reflect the requirements for each role.
  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice, enhancing our brand visibility and reputation.
  • Forecast Hiring Needs: Work closely with departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Nurture long-term relationships with past applicants, passive candidates, and potential hires to create a strong pipeline for future hiring.


Skills

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar HR role.

• Experience with sourcing candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, etc.).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for recruiting and building teams.
