Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our chiller operations and cooling tower operations. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience, manage on-site teams, and play an active role in technical sales and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of chiller systems & cooling towers
- Lead technical teams and supervise field staff
- Ensure performance, safety, and compliance with UAE standards
- Handle client communication and system reporting
- Support technical sales, prepare proposals, and bring in new business
Requirements:
- 5+ years in chiller/cooling system operations, with UAE experience
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in managing teams and client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy optimization
- Proven track record in technical sales or business development

- Deep knowledge of chiller systems (air-cooled & water-cooled)
- Expertise in cooling tower operations & central plant maintenance
- Familiar with HVAC systems design, installation & troubleshooting
- Understanding of MEP coordination and electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Familiar with energy efficiency techniques & automation controls (e.g., BMS)
