Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. Your role will focus on selling renovation and construction services to both cold and warm leads, guiding them through the sales funnel — from initial contact to first meeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads via CRM, email, and phone.
• Conduct client qualification calls and schedule meetings.
• Present our services confidently.
• Maintain daily records and reporting in the CRM system.

Skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction, renovation.
• Fluency in Russian & English or Arabic & English is essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, AMO).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
