Skills
Essential Criteria:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in:
Heavy machinery/equipment rental
Construction equipment sales
Industrial services (mining, infrastructure, etc.)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex client decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Arabic language proficiency -- a strong plus.
Technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, or heavy equipment operations.
Existing network within UAE construction sector.
