Human Resources Specialist

  • Responsible for human resource planning in Dubai region;
  • Clear the organizational structure and personnel allocation according to the business development needs, establish the job system;
  • Responsible for the key talent recruitment work, establish the core team to support business development;
  • Design the competitive salary and welfare system to motivate and retain talents;
  • According to the enterprise strategy, build the talent training system to improve employee ability level and build the talent pipeline;
  • Establish the performance management system to support the achievement of enterprise goals;

According to the headquarters' policies and local laws and regulations, formulate systems, policies and procedures, monitor and implement them;


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources,including at least 2 years working experience in Dubai, multinational company working experience is preferred
  • Familiar with UAE labor laws and recruitment procedures, with good communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration ability;
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment, with strong adaptability and problem-solving ability.
