  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients or accounts.
  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to provide personalized solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and suggest new services or products.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to fulfill client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and client data in CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic input.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and retention.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate in UAE sector is a plus.
