RECEPTIONIST ADMIN – FEMALE ONLY.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in PRO (Public Relations Officer) duties, including:
• Visa filing & renewals, Work permit renewals, Handling government-related documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience in managing reception duties (answering calls, scheduling appointments, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
• Ability to coordinate meetings and manage office calendars.
• Inventory management (ordering and maintaining office supplies)
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
• Basic bookkeeping skills for handling office expenses and maintaining financial records.
• Managing office documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (depending on experience)
