We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our supermarket. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Manage store budgets and control expenses.
- Conduct regular stock checks and liaise with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a retail or supermarket manager (3+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of retail management software and basic accounting.
