We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure inventory levels, and drive sales performance.


Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Manage store budgets and control expenses.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and liaise with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a retail or supermarket manager (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail management software and basic accounting.
  • High school diploma required; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
