We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our supermarket team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of meat preparation, excellent knife skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Ensure the meat case is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Provide exceptional service by answering customer questions and offering preparation tips or product recommendations.
- Monitor product freshness and ensure proper rotation and storage of meat products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Weigh, package, label, and price meat products accurately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter in a supermarket or meat shop.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and safe cutting techniques.
- Excellent knife handling and butchering skills.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and lift heavy items.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Food Handler Certification (preferred or required depending on local regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
