Hiring Sales Executive for a Staff Outsourcing Company to be based in Dubai.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the manpower supply industry, strong sales acumen, and excellent coordination skills.
This role requires a combination of business development, client relationship management, and workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and recruitment sector.
- Identify and target potential clients in the industries assigned
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visits
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions related to manpower supply
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and negotiate contracts.
- Work on tenders, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
- Address and resolve client and employee concerns regarding manpower deployment.
Experience: 2-5 years in manpower supply or staffing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
