Position: Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Goods Reseller

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with strong experience in the luxury fashion and resale industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail space, exceptional clienteling skills, and a genuine passion for luxury brands—especially Hermès, including knowledge of key product categories such as Birkin and Kelly bags, exotic leathers, and limited-edition pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a premium client experience from initial inquiry to final sale
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Advise clients on product selection with an expert understanding of luxury items
- Manage inventory with care and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the sourcing and authentication teams
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in luxury fashion, ideally in resale or consignment
- Expertise in top-tier luxury brands, with a strong knowledge of Hermès products
- Polished, confident, and sophisticated presence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- A natural flair for styling, presentation, and customer experience
