Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Forecast sales performance and set quarterly/annual targets

2. Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members

Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching

Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and share updates

3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Address client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly

Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions

4. Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management

Track KPIs, sales trends, and team productivity

Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights
