???? Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to promote properties for sale, rent, and property management services.

·        Generate and qualify leads through proactive phone outreach.

·        Schedule appointments and viewings for the sales and leasing team.

·        Maintain and update the CRM with client and property details.

·        Follow up with leads and ensure a high level of customer engagement.

·        Work closely with agents to support sales and leasing operations.

???? Requirements:

·        Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory

·        Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or real estate sales/leasing

·        Freshers can also apply.

·        Excellent communication and persuasion skills

·        Strong organizational and follow-up skills

·        Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
