  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Serve refreshments to guests when required


Skills

  • Preferably Filipino nationality
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Friendly, positive attitude with customer service mindset
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)

Employment Terms:

  • Trial period: 1–2 months
  • Visa will be provided after successful completion of the trial period
