  • Assist the reporting Manager in preparing submittals / reports / information as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, meetings etc.
  • Coordinate and follow up as needed with related persons / departments.
  • Periodically update the Reports and other information so as to help the officials to take more accurate decisions.
  • Attend telephone calls and screen them for relevance before directing them to the officials.
  • Receive visitors and direct them to the person required.



Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
  • Patient, supportive and team worker
  • Ability to conduct assigned tasks with the help of suitable MS Office software and online tools.
  • Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
