- Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients in both Arabic and English.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
Market Research & Expansion:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that align with market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings based on market needs.
Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Forecast sales and revenue streams based on market analysis and past trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent growth.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education and training sector.
- Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape in Dubai and the wider UAE market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
