  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education and corporate training sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients in both Arabic and English.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

Market Research & Expansion:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that align with market demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings based on market needs.

Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Forecast sales and revenue streams based on market analysis and past trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent growth.


Skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education and training sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape in Dubai and the wider UAE market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
