Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, corporate accounts, and tourism partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Actively engage walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Recommend upgrades and additional services (chauffeur, insurance, etc.) to maximize revenue per transaction.
Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of all luxury vehicle brands and models in the fleet (e.g., Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
