Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotels, property firms, and government projects.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including design, quotation, bidding, and negotiation.
- Develop integrated proposals based on client needs, and present smart system architecture and value during pitches.
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships and channels through monitoring competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to inform sales strategy.
