Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible day to day operations of the company
  • Report to AVP daily on the important issues
  • Prepares sales reports and all the territory performance
  • Covers all presentations and reports for AVP
  • Coordinate with all the UFS Group Brands
  • Direct contact with all company vendors
  • Assist legal contracts and certificates for all channel Partners, Distributors, Dealers and etc
  • Work on the Brands Pricelist
  • Provides Project calculation Profit margin
  • Main Contacts for UFS Factories
  • Monitors all the order and dispatch
  • Verify and process alarm notes, product issues, and development
  • Involves In product vendor/government listing across Middle East&CIS

Marketing & Coordination

  • Assists the department heads in carrying out marketing daily activities
  • Plan and coordinate any product launching or product development.
  • Draft and process product certificate of conformity, warranty certificates, and letter request
  • Coordinates with promotional & product artwork
  • Assisting Logistics Head to process shipping documents, orders & dispatches
  • Prepare and process bank documents for all Shipments Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
