  • Welcome visitors with a professional and cheerful outlook, facilitating them to meet the required company personnel.
  • Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
  • Keep track of the upcoming events and inform the specific staff members about vital activities and meetings.
  • Handle responsibilities like printing, scanning, collating, etc., to facilitate team members with daily activities.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling mail, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access to the premises.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as required.


Skills

  • An optimistic individual able to interact with the desired person through written and spoken communication modes.
  • Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Adhering to corporate etiquette by following an appropriate dressing style and presentation. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
