Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Composites Production Manager at SFG Composites in Dubai.
The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of composite production, ensuring product quality, timely manufacturing, and efficient delivery.
Responsibilities
include managing production processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, Wet Lay-up, Autoclave prepreg, and Vacuum molding.
Qualifications
· Experience in Composite Production Management, Manufacturing, and Operations
· Knowledge of Composite Manufacturing Processes such as Compression Molding, Resin Transfer Molding, and Autoclave prepreg
· Skills in Production Planning, Quality Control, and Inventory Management
· Experience in managing a team of production staff
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
· Certifications in Composite Manufacturing or Production Management are a plus.
