We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Ensure efficient space utilization, inventory control, and stock accuracy
Oversee picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet delivery deadlines
Monitor and lead warehouse staff; assign tasks and evaluate performance
Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized facility
Maintain records of stock levels, damaged goods, and returned items
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams
Use WMS/ERP systems for tracking and reporting inventory
Conduct regular audits and prepare operational reports

Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations (UAE experience preferred)
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software (e.g., WMS, SAP)
Knowledge of HSE regulations and inventory best practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Forklift license or knowledge of material handling is an advantage
