We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to support our growing operations and optimize our supply chain.
Position Summary:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to support the organization’s operational needs.
This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality in industrial Sector with min(2-5) years of experience.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
Issue purchase orders and manage procurement records in accordance with company policies.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Assist with inventory management and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
min 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, or equivalent).
Industry-specific procurement experience (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, IT).
