The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting disabled, damaged, or illegally parked vehicles to designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service while representing our company. Responsibilities: - Operate recovery vehicles to tow or transport vehicles in compliance with UAE traffic laws and safety standards. - Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient roadside assistance to customers. - Inspect and maintain recovery equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. - Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate recovery operations. - Document service reports, including details of vehicle conditions and any incidents during recovery. - Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the recovery vehicle and equipment. - Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations during all operations.
