Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) preferred. At least 10 to 15 years of finance experience in GCC Region (UAE, Qatar and KSA) in multi-country operations, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial role within equipment rental, heavy machinery, or capital-intensive sectors preferred. Proven track record in tax planning, tax group management, and GCC regulatory compliance; Must have experience and understanding of the distinct tax policies in Qatar, UAE, and KSA. Strong IFRS expertise, including consolidation of multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
