We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, enforce safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management
Implement and maintain workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
Perform risk assessments and monitor safety performance indicators.
Training & Awareness
Conduct safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
Promote safety awareness campaigns across the organization.
Incident Investigation & Reporting
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Prepare reports and recommend preventive actions.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with authorities during inspections or audits.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety drills regularly.
