Technical Sales Engineer

1) Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and facility management companies. 2) Achieve a Min. Monthly sales target of AED 100,000/- (Yearly target of AED1.0M to AED1.5M) 3) Ensure company's registration with Consultants & Contractors 4) Identify upcoming projects, prepare quotations/tenders, and secure orders for panel assembly/modification works. 5) Follow up on submitted offers, LPOs, and payment collections. 6) Coordinate with internal estimation and design teams to deliver technically compliant proposals. 7) Attend site visits to understand technical requirements and provide solutions. 8) Achieve defined sales and revenue targets through project-based orders.

1) Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 2) Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in sales of switchgear, electrical panels and other related panels 3) Should have Strong network with consultants and contractors in UAE. 4) Good knowledge of IEC/British standards for LV switchgear. 5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6) UAE driving license (mandatory).
